Equipment Service

Alabama Graphics has grown into a total solution company for our customers, selling and servicing equipment was a natural transition. Our familiarity with our customer needs and the best equipment to meet those needs is a natural extension of our service. We currently offer equipment solutions on Oce', KIP, Canon, and HP products. Because we can also maintain the equipment with our superior staff of certified technicians; Alabama Graphics guarantees the quality and reliability of the equipment when bundled with our yearly service agreement.

All of our technicians have a formal education in electronics repair and extensive training in both the classroom and the field for each product we sell and service.

Service Programs

We have several service contract options. Our yearly contracts include all service and parts for the equipment only or we can bundle in all consumables: toner, paper, and service under our CPC (Cost per Copy) program. This program allows for a more efficient streamlined billing process making it less time consuming and less expensive over the life of the equipment.

Alabama Graphics resells a wide range of supplies from media and equipment consumables to architectural and engineering supplies.

Shipping Information

• We can ship your packages via Fed-Ex or UPS from our location.

• Packages must have a street address for delivery. We cannot ship to a PO box.

• Notating on your shipping information whether a package is a residential or business delivery can also save on your freight costs.

 

UPS ground guarantees shipments next day to Alabama, Mississippi, parts of Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana, and Florida.
